Registrations are to be in the registrar’s possession by March 1, 2009, to enable team placement.   Registrations received after March 1, 2009, will be placed on teams on March 21, 2009.  No child will be turned away as long as we have space on a team.  WCSA reserves the right to place players from different schools or clubs on a team together in order to balance team sizes.  However, WCSA will attempt to place players on a team from the school or club of first choice whenever possible.

Refunds: If the child cannot be placed, you will receive a refund. No other refund will be issued without a written

request.

ALL TEAMS REQUIRE AT LEAST ONE PARENT TO VOLUNTEER TO COACH

The Volunteer Coach will notify you of team placement after March 11, 2009

The U12, U15 and U19 teams may require travel within 1 hour of Parkersburg once or twice during the season.

OHIO RESIDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL $5.00 FOR PERMISSION TO PLAY IN WEST VIRGINIA WITH WCSA.  THIS MONEY GOES DIRECTLY TO OHIO SOUTH SOCCER.
